As the ultimate Ford Show, we’ll bring you a collection of well-loved Fords from all eras. Whether you’re a fan of pristine retro icons or track-ready monsters, we’ll bring together the best examples in the Ford tuning scene.

We expect demand to be high and advise the public to purchase your tickets and special display passes early.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What time does the show open?
Gates are open to the public from 10:00, Clubs and Special Displays from 08:00. The event closes at 17:00.

Is the event solely for Ford models?
Yes – all cars being displayed or going out on track must be a Ford. Visitors can park their cars in the public car park no matter what make or model.

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit or debit cards can be used on the gate.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you are able to bring your dog as long it remains on a lead throughout the entirety of the event.

Are there food units on site?
There are many food and bar units on-site and open throughout the day. You can bring your own food and drink into the show if you prefer. Glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated.

Are BBQ’s allowed on site?
BBQ’s are permitted in the campsite, not on club stands.

TICKET QUESTIONS

How can I buy ticket?
Tickets are purchased online. Advanced ticket sales close midnight (GMT) on the Friday before the event. Tickets can also be purchased on the gate from 10:00. If you are attending within a display car and you haven’t got a ticket, you can purchase a ticket on the day from 07:00.

Can you purchase tickets over the phone?
All tickets are purchased online through our ticketing system. If you have any problems please give us a call on 01959 541444.

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I’ve bought them?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do I have to print the tickets?
The tickets are valid printed off OR on your smart phone, as long as the barcode is clear.

My tickets haven’t arrived yet, when will I get them?
General admission tickets are emailed out to you upon completion of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder. If you have not received your tickets, please contact a member of our team at shows@kelsey.co.uk

I selected booking protection with my order and I can no longer attend the event, how can I claim this?

CAMPING QUESTIONS

Are there facilities on the campsite?
There are toilets and showers on-site at the Campsite. Electric hookups are available on a first-come, first-served basis, payable on arrival. Camping is on grass, no hard standing is available.

Can we BBQ?
Yes, BBQ’s must be raised off the ground and disposed of by dousing in water before placing in the blue bins/skip.

Can I park next to my tent?
Yes, vehicles are parked with your tents, so we ask you to restrict movement as much as possible so not to cause a disturbance to other campers nearby.

We allow modest sound systems, but please be mindful of others around you as noise travels. No noise after 23.00, please.

Will our stuff be safe?

The campsite has security, but we would advise that you keep any valuables with you or leave them at home. Kelsey Publishing Ltd and the venue accept no liability for loss or damage to any personal property.
