HAVE A QUESTION?
We’ve pulled together some useful FAQ’s for you below. Hopefully, your question is answered below but if not, please get in touch with us by clicking here to create a new support ticket to speak to a member of our team.
How many cars does a club need to bring?
The minimum amount of cars allowed on a club stand is 5, there is no maximum.
If your club does not have enough cars booked by the club deadline, all cars will automatically be moved to the Special Display area.
I don’t have a Japanese Car but I want to display my car on a club stand?
Only Japanese models are allowed to display. The organisers retain the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.
We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is that okay?
You will need to fill in the Risk Assessment Form and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your designated club area. We retain the right to charge you for the additional space, depending on the size.
Can we display bikes on our club stand?
Unfortunately, we do not allow motorcycles to be displayed at our event. The event is for cars exclusively.
How do we as a club get a good location at the event?
Clubs are plotted based on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner your club books their tickets, the more likely you are to get a ‘good’ location within the event.
Please do note, we reserve the right to plot clubs as we see fit based on the ground conditions.
Can the club deadline change?
Kelsey Media have the right to close the club deadline prior to the date stated above. The club deadline is in a place subject to space and availability.
I didn’t select a vehicle pass upon booking, can I still display my car?
If you did not select a ‘driver and vehicle’ entry ticket and enter your vehicle details on your order then you will not be eligible to display your vehicle at the event. Once the deadline has passed, no vehicle display passes will be issued and you will have to park in the public car park.
Can we raise money for a charity at the event?
If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (you will be asked to supply accreditation) then you can collect from your stand only. Collecting around the site is not permitted.
Can we sell things from our stand?
You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club.
What time can I leave?
The show closes at 17:00 and you may be asked to return to your stand before that time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.
I selected booking protection with my order and I can no longer attend the event, how can I claim this?
Your booking protection is covered by XCover, to contact them, please click here
